Youth Villages is seeking a Medicaid and Managed Care Market Developer in Memphis, TN.
This position would be responsible for supporting business development and government relations efforts in Georgia, North Carolina, and Oregon (YV states with heavy Medicaid funding), creating and supporting business development strategies with managed care companies (in the context of the changing healthcare environment) in collaboration with YV program leadership as well as the other business development, strategy, and government relations staff; building financial models and identification of service model implications for service lines that draw down Medicaid funding; serve as a internal expert around Medicaid funding issues (assistance interpreting state plans, how competitors maximize Medicaid funding).
