As our Contingent Workforce Manager, you’ll support Nike, Inc.’s contingent workforce strategy, including governance of programs, value engineering, and linkage to our talent management vision. You’ll manage relationships with both internal clients and external vendors, and help execute regional vendor analysis and RFP for solutions. You’ll drive metric and scorecard development to assess program and vendor effectiveness, and collaborate on quarterly business reviews with HR and business leadership. You’ll stay attuned to industry-leading practices through market research and benchmarking, both domestically and globally. In addition, you’ll provide subject matter expertise to elevate and optimize the contingent workforce talent supply chain.
