The Regional Medical Center at Memphis is seeking an Associate General Council.
This position is responsible for assisting the Chief Legal Counsel in the guidance and representation of the Regional Medical Center in all legal aspects. This person assists, advises, and consults with management and other personnel regarding contract review, revision and preparation, patient care issues, Medical Staff By-Laws, and provides legal support for risk management and claims management functions.
They’re looking for someone with a law Degree (J.D. or L.L.B) from an accredited college or university who is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. In addition, it’s preffered that you have five years of experience in health care law, business law, insurance defense or related areas.
